I was challenged to redesign the logo for a local coffee shop in Willimantic, CT called Grounded Coffee Company. The brand’s identity is cozy, warm and inviting, and the audience should perceive the company as a relaxing space to start their day and enjoy their favorite coffee or tea drink.

The coffee cup imagery combined within the "G" accompanied by a complementary warm brown color scheme emphasizes the inviting and relaxing feeling of the brand and accomplishes this goal effectively. The coffee shop is known for their delicious lattes finished with stunning latte art, which stands out in this logo design. Grounded Coffee also uses houseplant elements within their branding, therefore the latte art within the logo also emulates the leaf of a monstera plant.
