I was challenged to redesign Kerrang! magazine, a well established rock and alternative music magazine. I reimagined the masthead as well as the layout of this fictional issue to stay true to the iconic punk style while also bringing a new life to the design.

The overall design was inspired by a punk newspaper style which is characterized by collages, pops of color and clashing typography. Each spread showcases these elements to engage the reader and unify the magazine while also making each page unique and exciting.
